Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your golf simulator investment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in brand new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

2. Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

Due to the massive, heavy-freight nature of our enclosures and delicate optical sensors used in launch monitors, a standard 15% restocking fee applies to all returned un-opened merchandise. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all return freight shipping costs back to our warehouses.

3. Software Returns

Once activated, all software subscriptions, licenses, and digital unlock codes are fully non-refundable due to manufacturer DRM and copyright protections. The exact MSRP value of any bundled software that was activated will be heavily deducted from the final refund amount for the hardware return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-cut putting turf, mechanically worn impact screens, custom-built commercial enclosures, and drastically damaged launch monitors cannot be returned. If an item arrives structurally damaged by the freight carrier, you must note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) upon signatures and contact us within 48 hours to process an immediate replacement claim.

5. Processing Time

Once the return is received and fully inspected by our warehouse technicians, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
